These Service Terms describe the general terms that apply to the NILARA platform. They form part of the customer agreement; the executed order form and Master Services Agreement control in the event of any conflict.
The NILARA platform includes NILARA OS, Vault, and Flow, provided as a subscription and configured by the customer.
Access is provided to the customer and its authorized users, subject to the applicable subscription, user limits, and administrative controls set by the customer.
The customer owns its data. We process it to provide the service and as described in the DPA. We do not use customer data to train foundation models.
Service levels, support, and maintenance are described in the applicable order form or service-level terms.
We maintain a security program as summarized in ourTrust Centerand the customer agreement.
Fees, billing, and term are set out in the order form. Access is governed by a separate written agreement.
On termination, we make customer data available for export for a defined period, then delete it in accordance with the agreement.
